Technical Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Good Windows and Apple/iOS knowledge
• Solid networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills
• Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems
• Experience supporting hardware, servers and IT infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with operational teams
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support across our corporate and venue locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune
• Support wired and wireless networks, servers and IT infrastructure
• Work with POS, AV, VoIP, CCTV and specialist venue technology
• Manage incidents through our IT ticketing system and prioritise business-critical issues
• Build and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Support new-starter IT onboarding
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories and venue technology standards
• Work with vendors and internal technology teams to resolve issues quickly
• Travel to venues as required
