Enterprise Architect

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• A strong background in multi-year technical roadmapping and design
• Proven experience owning the design and implementation of IT services
• Exposure to managing risk and owning remedies within a multi-vendor environment
• Demonstrable experience working within a multi-disciplinary team, including solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and testers
• A background in infrastructure or system management would be a real plus
• Thought leadership on the business impact of new technology across AI, ML, cloud, data governance, and related areas
• Experience working in the not-for-profit, higher education, or regulatory sector would be useful
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Play a lead role in improving our proactive, data-driven business approach
• Spearhead the use of best-in-class technology, including AI, ML, cloud, and data, to support our digitalization and legacy upgrade programme
• Align business strategy with technical roadmapping
• Engage with high-level stakeholders across the organisation
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver enterprise architecture outcomes
• Own the design and implementation of IT services
• Manage risk and own remedies within a multi-vendor environment
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to senior non-technical stakeholders
