Embedded Software Team Leader

Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Agile
• Proven team management experience
• Embedded firmware development experience
• Experience with JUCE framework or similar
• Strong interest in music
• Ability to play the guitar

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop the software team
• Drive research into innovative software and digital products
• Manage embedded and software development projects
• Lead the Agile sprint process
• Manage delivery of software and firmware from concept through production, including testing and validation
