Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Requirements:- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of D365 CRM, including workflows, entities, security models, customer engagement processes, integrations, and related ecosystem components.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.
- Analyse and document current and future business processes.
- Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.
- Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.

We are supporting a leading organisation within the property and real estate sector on a major CRM and business transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week, and is offered as a 9-12 month contract with a flexible start date in October 2026.
