IT Project Manager

Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering business and technology change programmes within complex organisations.
• We are looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
• We need strong planning, governance, risk management and communication skills.
• We need the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• A proactive approach, commercial awareness and the ability to drive projects through to successful completion are essential.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or enterprise IT environments is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Engineering Systems, ERP platforms or other business-critical applications is a bonus.
• Experience working within PRINCE2, Agile, APM or similar project delivery methodologies is a bonus.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, process improvement or AI-enabled change initiatives is a bonus.
• A recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you play a pivotal role in delivering technology change across the organisation.
• We will have you manage a portfolio of projects that support key business areas including Engineering, Operations, Business Systems, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Customer Solutions.
• We will have you drive projects from initiation through to implementation.
• We will have you ensure delivery is controlled, well-governed and aligned to business objectives.
• We will have you work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.
• We will have you help deliver meaningful change that improves efficiency, enhances capabilities and supports our long-term strategic goals.
