IT Infrastructure Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - 49,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in an IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or Systems Support role, with strong hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic Cisco networking is required.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Exchange is required.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is required.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, system rollouts, and new store or office technology deployments is required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across business functions and third-party suppliers are required.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to support, train, and coach end users and first-line support teams, are required.
• You should be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• We need someone who is comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel across Europe as required are required.

Responsibilities:

• We support and enhance the IT infrastructure that underpins our stores and offices across Europe.
• We manage network operations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain system performance and security, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable IT services.
• We contribute to infrastructure projects, new store openings, network deployments, and continuous improvements that enable our business to grow and operate efficiently.
• We collaborate with international teams and vendors at an EU level.
• We report into the IT Infrastructure Manager and work closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
• We play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational support alongside infrastructure and network projects.
