Senior Azure Network Engineer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in network engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud networking, including VNets, landing zones, endpoints, and related components.
• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally operating team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage high-performance, secure, and scalable network infrastructures.
• Manage and maintain Azure Firewalls and VPN Gateway.
• Manage Azure networking components including VNets, peering, UDRs, service endpoints, landing zones, Azure vWAN, and related technologies.
• Implement IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions within the Azure platform.
• Handle DNS, DHCP, and routing tasks, including VPN Gateway NATing.
• Troubleshoot network issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide training on networking concepts and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and develop new network solutions.
• Support maintenance and DR modelling of Azure SQL.
