Job Description

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record leading complex technical workstreams across Oracle implementations.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale technical delivery teams including architects, integration specialists, data migration teams and technical consultants.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and Oracle implementation methodologies.
  • Experience delivering complex integration landscapes using Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Experience leading data migration, technical testing, cutover and deployment activities across major transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and systems integration patterns.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions and modern technology platforms at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage technical programme scope, delivery plans, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Experience establishing programme governance, technical assurance and delivery quality frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across IT Leadership, Enterprise Architecture and Programme Leadership teams.
  • Experience working alongside Solution Architects to define delivery strategies and technical roadmaps.
  • Understanding of security, identity management, controls and compliance requirements within enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and offshore technical delivery teams.
  • Practical understanding of DevOps, automation and modern software delivery practices.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies and their application within technology delivery.
  • Experience using AI-enabled approaches to improve estimation, testing, code generation, documentation, delivery governance or project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications across ERP, OCI, Integration Cloud or Platform services.
  • Experience leading global Oracle programmes across multiple countries and business units.
  • Experience of enterprise data architecture and master data management.
  • Understanding of enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven techniques to improve test design, execution, reporting, risk identification, and defect prediction, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience with Oracle technical tools and capabilities such as OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, Visual Builder, extensions, security, or reporting.
  • Programme Management skills and practical experience of methodologies like Prince2, Agile, or Waterfall, planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications - relevant Oracle certifications across Oracle Fusion Cloud, technical architecture, integration, data migration, reporting, or core Oracle SaaS modules.
  • Ability to obtain UK Government Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex Oracle Cloud technology delivery programmes across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects and Enterprise Platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery strategy across integrations, reporting, data migration, environments, testing, security and deployment.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams of technical specialists, integration specialists and data consultants.
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive delivery excellence across all technical workstreams, ensuring alignment to programme objectives, milestones and quality expectations.
  • Lead technical decision-making across large and complex Oracle transformation programmes.
  • Drive technical assurance and quality control across design, build, testing, cutover and deployment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and intelligent automation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with client CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects and Programme Sponsors to align technology delivery with strategic business objectives.
  • Support business development activities, client proposals and growth initiatives across our Oracle practice.
  • Mentor and develop future technical leaders across our Oracle Technology and Transformation business.
