Senior AI Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional software development experience, ideally with initial experience in AI/ML as well as cloud deployment (GCP or Azure)
• Very good programming skills in Python or Java/Kotlin, as well as experience with frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
• Analytical mindset, enthusiasm for code quality, curiosity about AI technologies, and enjoyment in sharing knowledge with others

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality, scalable services, from classic backend APIs to AI-powered applications
• Implementing full-stack solutions using Java/Kotlin, Angular, and Python, incorporating AI components and modern frameworks
• Taking a leading role in shaping our long-term AI and software architecture to ensure future-readiness and efficiency
• Mentoring and providing technical leadership to other developers, as well as enabling other teams to use AI tools and methodologies
