Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
• Design and configuration experience in Dynamics 365
• Capability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements
• Knowledge of responding to RFPs and RFIs
• Microsoft Azure knowledge
• Understanding of DevOps project implementation

Responsibilities:

• Lead business discussions with customers for project discovery and business process mapping
• Manage agile delivery teams and a team of business analysts
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for data integration and migration activities
• Estimate project requirements and lead RFP responses for D365 engagements
• Utilize knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, functional consulting, bid management, and team management
• Work on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for our public sector customers
• Collaborate with our team of thought leaders to deliver full lifecycle solutions
