Dynamics 365 Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong Power Platform expertise including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience developing custom components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular or TypeScript.
• Experience building integrations, custom connectors and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security models and platform capabilities.
• Experience working with SharePoint Online and Power BI.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly PL-600, are desirable.
• Experience operating within highly regulated or data-sensitive environments is desirable.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with AWS-hosted services is desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale ALM and environment management practices is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform area.
• Own solution design, development, implementation and ongoing platform evolution.
• Work closely with product teams, architects, business stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions that support key organisational services and workflows.
• Help modernise our Microsoft ecosystem to support operational and customer-facing services.
• Influence technical direction and contribute to projects with real-world impact.
