IT Business Partner

Salary: £37,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• IT experience in a large complex organisation with strong IT team management experience.
• Experience of internal and external customer and stakeholder management with good communication and influencing skills.
• Experience of DHL IT systems.
• Essential knowledge of Blue Yonder 2023 Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience of working on change management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate central IT functions and lead local IT resources for the successful delivery of IT solutions.
• Manage budgetary responsibility and ownership of site IT roadmaps.
• Oversee change management and incident coordination.
• Play an active role in IT project delivery for the site.
• Act as a site IT SME providing end user service to enable the effective use of IT.
• Manage Blue Yonder WMS responsibilities dedicated to the customer on site.
• Manage IT suppliers, products, solutions, and service management to defined standards and SLAs.
• Serve as the business partner for the operational site and customer liaison for all IT services impacting the site.
