Job Description

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience building low latency trading systems in C++11 or above.
  • Hands-on experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data.
  • A track record of writing performance-sensitive, multithreaded applications.
  • Proven experience with code profiling and tuning under tight latency constraints.
  • C++14 experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience with Smart Order Routing is required to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and refine ultra-low latency software used in live front-office environments.
  • Work across the full software stack.
  • Collaborate with high-performing market data teams to create systems that compete at nanosecond scale.
  • Architect new systems from scratch or tune performance-critical loops.
  • Make technical decisions, take ownership, and mentor others.
