Senior Growth Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for a strong growth-focused software engineer with a relentless growth mindset and a strong commercial bias.
- Prior experience in a formal Growth Engineering role is highly desirable.
- We are looking for someone who can break complex tasks into smaller, actionable pieces and drive work to completion.
- You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to multiply output across engineering, product, and design tasks.
- You should be proactive, self-starting, and able to come up with your own hypotheses and experiments.
- You should be resilient to experimentation outcomes where a significant portion of code may be discarded.
- You should be comfortable with pragmatic, unscalable solutions when validating ideas quickly.
- You should have strong product instincts and be able to articulate the why behind technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data-driven development, A/B testing methodologies, and iterating based on user behavior data.
- Interest in conversion optimization, user journey analysis, and driving impact aligned with our mission.
- Experience across modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing.
- Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate workflow across engineering, product, and design tasks.
- We design, build, and deploy experiments aimed at improving user adoption, engagement, and early self-serve monetisation.
- We formulate hypotheses and execute A/B tests at high velocity.
- We build minimum viable features to validate ideas quickly.
- We collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to identify growth bottlenecks and create solutions.
- We analyze experiment results and user data to uncover insights and guide technical and product decisions.
- We make pragmatic engineering trade-offs between perfection and speed to market.
- We use AI tools to accelerate our workflow and support lightweight product management, data analysis, and design tasks to get experiments live faster.
