Full Stack Developer

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• We require 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role in a product development or services environment.
• We require strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• We require good experience in React or similar front-end technologies.
• We require good experience and certification in AWS cloud platform.
• We require in-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• We require experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• We require good experience in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
• We require excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• We require strong communication and leadership skills.
• We require good experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and similar tools.

Responsibilities:

• We design and develop high-quality software architecture and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• We ensure the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• We evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• We lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of architectural solutions.
• We provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• We conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• We collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other architects to ensure successful project delivery.
• We define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• We identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
• We stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• We promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• We implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
