Senior Oracle Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Senior Oracle Developer with strong technical expertise, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach.
• We require hands-on experience developing Oracle solutions, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.
• We are looking for the ability to solve complex technical problems, diagnose issues, and explain technical detail clearly to non-technical audiences.
• We value a collaborative, thoughtful approach, with the confidence to communicate, guide, challenge constructively, and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
• We require experience of working on large-scale, technology-based transformation programmes.
• We are looking for people interested in fixed-term contracts, likely to be 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and maintain high-quality Oracle software, database systems, and APEX applications predominantly in the Mortgage space.
• We work across the business with stakeholders.
• We provide technical expertise.
• We help drive continuous improvement in how we deliver change safely and effectively.
