Business Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:- Solid business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, specification writing, and process review
- Experience working with an ERP system; specific platform experience is not required
- Confident communicating with stakeholders from C-suite and board level through to production staff on the factory floor
- Adaptable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, informal, occasionally noisy office environment
- Delivery experience in structured waterfall environments is useful; Agile backgrounds are also welcome
- Learn the business from the ground up, including departments, processes, pain points, and how we currently use our ERP system
- Gather and document requirements from users and department heads
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, both inside and outside the ERP system
- Act as the intermediary between internal stakeholders and our external technical delivery partner
- Present project updates and outcomes to department heads, senior leadership, and board-level stakeholders
