Data & AI Technical Architect

Salary: £35,500 - 63,500 per year

Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, specifically in data technologies.
• We require strong client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• We require proven pre-sales and delivery experience in enterprise data and AI technologies.
• We require knowledge of data governance, data health, and data hygiene.
• We require strong theoretical and practical knowledge of data protection solutions, including Cohesity, Rubrik, Commvault, and Veeam.
• We require detailed knowledge of DSPM products such as Varonis, Cyera, and Securitii.ai.
• We require an understanding of modern data platforms.
• We require edge, datacenter, and cloud architectural knowledge related to data and AI use cases.
• We require excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• We require high-level security clearance.
• We consider technical certifications in data protection, modern data platforms, RDBMS, DSPM, datacenter, or storage technologies beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We lead pre- and post-sales engagements in complex design, consulting, and deployment projects.
• We work with enterprise customers to architect and support implementation efforts for client use cases.
• We define solutions for analysing large datasets and optimising the performance of both new and incumbent technologies.
• We work closely with our technical and sales teams to drive innovation and deliver data technology solutions.
• We build deep relationships with the Solution Sales community to support presales integration.
• We consult with customers to understand requirements and propose ideal solutions.
• We design, implement, and optimise data architectures for a variety of applications.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disaster recovery capabilities into our solutions and services.
• We stay up to date with developments in the subject area.
• We provide technical leadership and mentorship, including guidance to junior team members and knowledge-sharing activities.
• We deliver customer-facing presentations and documentation.
