Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

- Make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information by identifying risks, building prototypes, and iterating from real-world feedback.
- Translate complex technical constraints into business terms for Product Managers so we can make the right trade-offs and ship value faster.
- Choose technologies that solve customer problems effectively and support long-term maintainability.
- Build across our stack as needed, including core product, platform, voice, and enterprise areas.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for boilerplate code, test generation, debugging, and other repetitive tasks.
