Security Analyst

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We support our Physical Security Department in protecting our people, properties and assets.
• We support office and field-based teams to minimise risk and reduce loss across our offices and supply chain.
• We help maintain the reliability, performance and compliance of our physical security systems.
• We assist with the integration, administration and development of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, video intercoms, turnstiles and related software.
• We support preventive maintenance to reduce downtime for systems and devices.
• We maintain and improve security operational documents and procedures within our SharePoint environment.
• We work with third-party suppliers on travel risk assessments and threat mitigation.
• We use open-source intelligence to monitor and respond to potential threats.
• We analyse data and collaborate to demonstrate and reduce loss in our business area.
• We help create, implement and manage procedural and security control documents, and gather evidence for compliance audits.
• We produce ad-hoc reports to evidence live issues and propose solutions.
• We assist the Internal Audit & Risk team with incident response planning.
• We take part in investigations, including information gathering, filing police reports, collecting evidence and testifying in court.
• We help build and deliver counter-terrorism training for key areas of the business, working with counterterrorism and other external agencies.
• We assess business trips to identify anomalies and minimise future risk.
• We coordinate with other workgroups, projects and initiatives that may impact physical security.
• We conduct security assessments of facilities through vulnerability testing and risk analysis.
• We identify threats and vulnerabilities and work with the Security team to develop mitigation options.
• We champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies as part of our culture.
