Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer ReactJS

Salary: £70,000 - 135,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience in software engineering within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed application development.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend engineering practices and component-based architectures.
• Deep experience working within a highly regulated financial services institution, with understanding of the pace and complexity of financial organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack solutions using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
• Provide deep technical expertise, engineering guidance, and hands-on delivery support across frontend and backend engineering initiatives.
• Contribute to full-stack engineering, including frontend engineering in ReactJS and backend engineering in .NET/C#.
• Help drive engineering standards and software quality.
• Collaborate on DevSecOps and SDLC practices.
• Mentor engineers and support engineering enablement.

This is a permanent senior role with a hybrid working model of 50/50 office and home working, offering a salary of £90,000 to £130,000 plus bonus.
