Lead Full Stack Engineer TypeScript Python API

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a commercially minded technology professional with experience in data transformation, consulting, analytics or digital strategy.
• We want someone with a strong grounding in Computer Science and experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript and Python.
• We need experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, including designing scalable, secure data infrastructures.
• We are looking for someone comfortable with AI and agentic programming and who uses it in day-to-day work.
• We value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business impact.
• We need a collaborative and pragmatic communicator with polished stakeholder and client-facing skills.

• We collaborate directly with investors, executive leadership teams and portfolio companies.
• We lead data diligence on prospective investments.
• We shape the technology and data strategies that underpin post-acquisition value creation.
• We assess organisational data maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• We define practical roadmaps that turn data into a strategic asset for growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.
• We partner with leadership teams and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact data initiatives.
• We modernise data capabilities and embed data-driven decision making across organisations.
