Finance Business Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a seasoned Finance Business Analyst with experience in finance transformation or separation programmes.
• We require strong ETL and data mapping expertise.
• We require SAP finance experience, including finance data structures, finance modules, and integrations.
• We need experience in business process modelling and producing clear documentation.
• Payroll process knowledge is highly advantageous.
• We value strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We will assess current finance processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows for the new operating environment.
• We will lead ETL requirements gathering, data mapping, and validation activities across finance datasets.
• We will work with technical teams to interpret SAP finance structures, data objects, and integrations relevant to the transition.
• We will support the design and documentation of the payroll target model.
• We will produce structured business process documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE models.
• We will partner with finance SMEs, technical leads, and programme consultants to align workstreams.
• We will identify risks, dependencies, and data challenges, escalating and resolving issues through structured governance.
