SAP Payroll Consultants

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have operational payroll experience.
• We have built expertise in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors.
• We have experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including PCRs and Schemas.
• We have experience in SAP Payroll implementation, optimisation or support.
• We have experience with UK payroll operations, legislation and compliance.
• We have client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience.
• We have built a solid operational payroll career before moving into consulting roles with SAP or SuccessFactors payroll vendors or partners.
• We understand the practical realities of payroll, legislation and compliance.
• We have strong technical capability.
• We are naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and are confident working directly with clients.
• We have practical experience, commercial awareness and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver projects across a broad portfolio of clients in both the public and private sectors.
• We work across a variety of clients, projects and industries.
• We support and optimise SAP Payroll, SAP HR and SAP Time solutions.
• We collaborate with experienced SAP Payroll specialists on client projects.
• We challenge clients constructively when needed and focus on delivering the right outcomes.
• We contribute to consulting engagements with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and related functional specialisms.
