Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4+ years Business Analyst experience
• Cross-cloud Salesforce experience
• Track record working within a Salesforce consulting environment
• Salesforce certification is a nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between clients and the technical delivery team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications
• Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client processes, pain points, and objectives
• Produce key documentation, including BRDs, process maps, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA to support solution design and ensure it aligns with client requirements
• Play a key role in change management and client enablement, helping end users adopt new processes and platforms
