Technical ERP Implementation Consultant

Salary: £41,000 - 53,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience delivering multiple ERP implementations, ideally within the manufacturing sector
• Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• Proven proficiency with JavaScript coding and SQL reporting
• XML and Java experience desirable
• Confidence training multiple end users
• Experience migrating systems from on-premise to cloud-based environments
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience writing and reviewing process documentation and design specifications
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement workflows and add-on modules for ERP systems
• Use JavaScript to design and modify the ERP user interface
• Work with SQL on integration projects to synchronise data
• Support customers with technical migration from on-premise systems to cloud-based systems
• Configure file changes using XML
• Produce process documentation to support complex and scalable custom solutions and system integrations
• Use BIRT Report Designer to develop and run reports
• Troubleshoot process, application, and functional issues
• Host online and face-to-face training sessions for new end users
• Provide ad hoc functional support as required

We are an independent, well-established SaaS consultancy providing world-class ERP manufacturing solutions to a broad customer base across multiple manufacturing sectors, including Aerospace and Defence. We are growing our implementation team and hiring a Technical ERP Consultant on a full-time permanent basis in Derby, with hybrid and mostly remote working options available, although customer site visits will be required when needed. We offer a salary of up to circa £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a company car and benefits including a non-contractual performance bonus, hybrid working, flexible hours, pension, and a generous holiday scheme.
