Digital Engineering Lead

Salary: £24,000 - 64,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for clear leadership of BIM delivery, production planning, and digital quality assurance.
• We need experience overseeing coordinated, high-quality MEPF models, data, and documentation.
• We value a proactive approach to upskilling teams and embedding best practice.
• We require proven experience leading MEP BIM teams on large projects using Revit.
• We require in-depth knowledge of BIM and information management standards, including ISO 19650.
• We need experience developing BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs, and managing common data environments.
• Chartered Engineer status with strong technical and problem-solving capability is required.

Responsibilities:

• We will define and drive our Digital Engineering strategy.
• We will lead and mentor BIM and digital delivery teams.
• We will champion innovation across tools, workflows, information management, automation, AI, R&D, and emerging digital tools.
• We will influence how BIM and information management are applied on complex, large-scale projects.
• We will collaborate with senior leaders, clients, and cross-disciplinary digital teams.
• We will help deliver coordinated, high-quality engineering outcomes at scale.
• We will support the growth and development of high-performing BIM and digital delivery teams.
