Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• We require 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• We require expert-level proficiency with REST and WebSocket APIs.
• We require production experience with Golang.
• We require a proven track record designing and building integration solutions across modern and legacy systems for complex, ambiguous customer problems.
• We require experience translating complex technical needs into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams.
• We require experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems.
• We require the ability to independently scope customer requirements and deliver working solutions under tight timelines.
• We require candidates to be actively developing and delivering software in their current role.
• We require responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• We partner with customers as trusted technical advisors, guiding them in building on our services and APIs as they scale.
• We collaborate with sales teams to address prospect technical requirements and support deal closure.
• We architect distributed systems solutions for complex customer needs and build open source SDKs and reference implementations.
• We lead customer implementations end-to-end, delivering technical presentations, resolving roadblocks, and partnering with support teams to ensure success.
• We drive collaboration with product and engineering teams to extend core capabilities for strategic client opportunities.
• We bridge technical field engagement with hands-on software development to help scale our B2B products.

The position is hybrid, with a target annual base salary of 111,800 GBP excluding equity and bonus, and total compensation may also include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision.
