Senior AI Engineer - Finance

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong senior-level software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and interest in applying it in a real-world financial setting
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or a hedge fund environment, with a solid understanding of industry terminology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A 2.1 or above in a BSc STEM discipline from a top-tier university such as a Russell Group or Oxbridge institution

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our CTO and technology leadership team to introduce and drive adoption of AI tools across the business
• Help establish our technical strategy for AI adoption
• Implement change, tools, and processes in a hands-on and impactful role
• Collaborate with both technical staff and non-technical business stakeholders to influence and support adoption of AI initiatives
