Help Desk Administrator

Salary: £117,000 - 117,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Talent, Learn, and HR Help Desk; all skills are mandatory.
• We require extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• We need strong stakeholder management skills.
• We require the ability to lead workshops, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• We require SC cleared, NPPV3, or SC eligible status.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the functional implementation for a large-scale organisation.
• We will own solution design and client engagement.
• We will deliver the implementation end to end.
• We will mentor consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• We will lead workshops and help design scalable solutions.
