Product Strategist

Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have at least 7 years of experience in product strategy, product transformation, or digital consulting.
• We are experts in product operational models and product strategy consulting.
• We are proficient in applying modern product and design frameworks such as service design, design thinking, working backwards, and design sprints.
• We are curious about technology and its potential to strengthen businesses competitive position in the market.
• We are skilled presenters and storytellers who use data insights and market understanding to advocate for recommendations.
• We have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We can present findings, lead workshops, conduct interviews, and pitch business concepts to clients.
• We are experienced in product consulting and in driving product-centric organizational transformation, as well as defining and implementing product and service strategies.
• We have strong business acumen and can engage with senior leadership and influence decision-making through strategic insights and compelling business cases.
• We are comfortable working efficiently and adapting quickly in challenging situations.
• We can structure work independently, prepare coherent plans, and coordinate teams effectively when boundaries and stakeholders are unclear.
• We are skilled in structuring and delivering compelling client-facing presentations for pitches and project deliverables.
• We have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can articulate complex ideas to technical teams and executive boards.
• We are willing to travel up to 50% of the time to client locations, both domestic and international.

Responsibilities:

• We lead C-level strategic discussions, negotiate program scope and priorities, and facilitate large in-person or remote workshops.
• We lead cross-disciplinary teams through the pre-sale, discovery, and definition phases to create winning product and service strategies.
• We facilitate and ensure engagement across the clients organization to support alignment and timely decision-making.
• We advocate for and facilitate the adoption of organizational change needed to deliver continuously evolving, innovative digital offerings.
• We run research, facilitate ideation sessions aligned with best product and design practices, own digital product or service strategy definition, and oversee successful execution.
• We lead clients through product organization transformation by aligning business ambitions with organizational design, processes, roles, and tools to enable a more customer-centric, outcome-focused, and data-driven culture of innovation and digital offering management.
• We develop compelling business cases to support recommendations based on comprehensive market and data analysis.
• We drive the design and adoption of outcome-based ways of working by helping clients define and measure KPIs, OKRs, and other critical metrics.
• We build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust, long-term partnership, and identify growth opportunities for clients and our business.
• We act as trusted change ambassadors, advocating for new ways of working and providing product leadership coaching and product management upskilling.
• We contribute to the creation of new professional service offerings within our Digital Advisory and Product Management practices, creating templates and tools that enable repeatability and consistency as the team grows.
