• Proven ability to coach and enable users to work effectively with Claude Cowork, helping them get the most from the platform
• Strong understanding of AI productivity tools and their practical application
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills
• Experience translating AI capabilities into practical guidance and best practice

Responsibilities:

• Support the adoption and ongoing development of Claude Cowork
• Build and maintain a library of reusable AI skills
• Coach stakeholders and users on how to get the most from Claude
• Identify areas of friction and develop practical solutions
• Translate hands-on learning into clear guidance and best practice
• Support the wider adoption of AI productivity tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve ways of working

We are recruiting on behalf of a global IT Services Provider for an AI Claude Specialist to support the adoption and ongoing development of Claude Cowork. This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for a long-term extension, offered as a fully remote role at £700–£800 per day, inside IR35. We are looking for someone with hands-on Claude and Anthropic experience who can build reusable solutions, improve productivity, and share best practice across a large enterprise environment.
