Transition Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:- Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills to handle queries by telephone, email, and face to face
- Understanding of treating customers fairly and handling issues promptly and efficiently
- Process transfer requests received from relationship management teams, liaising with third parties, and inputting instructions into our system
- Communicate with counterparties, fund managers, and custodians to support the smooth and timely transition of client assets
- Track and report assets in transfer using our Asset Tracker system and provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage our transitions mailbox, post, and telephone queries
- Process transfers through our electronic reregistration system
- Monitor reports and systems to check for receipt of funds and assets, and process cheques for the custodian to apply to the account
- Ensure adherence to internal and client operational procedures and controls
- Maintain relationships with third-party administrators, fund managers, and custodians

We are seeking a Transitions Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent, to join a fantastic investment management firm in the heart of the City of London. This is a hybrid role with a salary circa £40,000. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with relationship management teams, counterparties, fund managers, custodians, and third-party administrators to help ensure client asset transfers are completed smoothly and on time.
