Configuration & Baseline Engineer

Salary: £93,600 - 98,025.6 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aviation or defence training environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access and other database systems
• Experience with Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
• Working-level knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Access
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Proficiency in training assurance processes
• Good understanding of DSAT (JSP822) is advantageous
• Understanding of export controls and ITAR requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external customer order requirements into a single source of data
• Liaise with Order Book and Warehouse teams to ensure all items are picked, packed, and ready to deliver
• Support the order book and PM teams in reporting delivery of orders
• Report to the PM team and customers on performance
• Attend and support recurring Supply Chain Team reviews
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of customer logistics reporting
• Support the F35 training database and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across stakeholders
• Carry out database administration, configuration management, instructional systems design, and DSAT-related activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance with training standards and governance requirements
