Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering D365 NAV/Business Central implementation or migration projects
• Strong experience managing legacy ERP migration programmes
• Comfortable operating within a Microsoft Partner environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Available for hybrid working in Northampton

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a D365 NAV/Business Central legacy ERP migration programme
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Microsoft Partner, the client, and key stakeholders
• Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, risks, and timelines throughout the programme lifecycle
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and technical architects to ensure successful delivery
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels

We are offering an initial 12-month contract for a Senior Project Manager to lead a business-critical legacy ERP migration from a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a hybrid role based in Northampton, outside IR35, and we are looking for an experienced professional to support successful programme delivery within a Microsoft Partner environment.
