Network Security Consultant

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama and Prisma Access.
• We require experience with Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• We require experience with Cisco Secure Firewall.
• We require experience with Zscaler technologies, including ZIA, ZPA and ZTNA.
• We require experience delivering SASE and SSE solutions.
• We require automation experience with Python, Terraform, Git and Ansible.
• We require experience with EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS and SD-WAN.
• We require experience working across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
• We require strong knowledge of enterprise network security and secure access design.

Responsibilities:

• We design, implement and support secure enterprise networks across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
• We design, implement and support enterprise network security solutions.
• We deploy and optimise next-generation firewalls.
• We deliver SASE and Zero Trust network projects.
• We configure secure remote access and VPN technologies.
• We support hybrid cloud networking across Azure and AWS.
• We design resilient routing and switching environments.
• We implement network segmentation and microsegmentation strategies.
• We automate network administration and configuration where possible.
• We produce technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs and operational runbooks.

We are offering a 12-month initial contract role inside IR35, working remotely with occasional travel across the UK. This role focuses on helping organisations improve resilience, visibility and secure access for users and applications across enterprise, cloud and hybrid networks.
