• Certified, hands-on implementation experience in your specific SuccessFactors module
• A track record leading client workshops and turning requirements into configuration
• Experience across testing, cutover and go-live support
• Strong grasp of workflows, permissions and integrations

• Own a SuccessFactors module end to end
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into configuration
• Support testing, cutover and go-live activities
• Work across modules including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Career and Talent Development, and Learning

We are hiring contract module leads for a major SAP implementation programme across SuccessFactors. These are tactical, high-experience contract roles with possible extension. The roles are ROI-based with occasional travel to the UK. Employee Central is scheduled to start late August or September for an initial 5 months, while all other modules start in October for an initial 3 months. The rate is up to €800 per day.
