Software Developer

Salary: £29,000 - 58,000 per year

Requirements:

• Java Core (version 8+)
• Spring Boot and Spring Framework experience, with good knowledge of developing in Spring with Hibernate
• Good knowledge of developing REST within HTTPS
• Experience developing within a microservice architecture
• Experience with web services using RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of distributed systems
• Knowledge and use of software design patterns
• Experience with agile development processes
• Experience with CI/CD delivery techniques
• Source code management experience using Git
• Experience using issue tracking systems such as Jira
• UML/SysML experience using Enterprise Architect or a similar tool

Responsibilities:

• Develop code within an agile environment using scrum
• Work with the team to design, implement, and test features for new product development
• Estimate tasks in accordance with sprint planning
