Lead Mulesoft Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in MuleSoft development with Mule 4
• Strong capability with DataWeave 2.0 and Anypoint Platform
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1, with Level 2 desirable
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale integrations
• Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS/Azure, databases, and legacy systems
• Knowledge of API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS/SSL/TLS
• Familiarity with CloudHub v2.0, Runtime Fabric, and hybrid architectures
• SC Clearance eligibility required

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver APIs using API-led connectivity across System, Process, and Experience layers
• Build complex integration solutions including event-driven architectures, orchestration, streaming, and batch processing
• Lead development on key projects and maintain high engineering standards
• Produce reusable assets, modules, and DataWeave transformations
• Contribute to API specifications and integration design documentation
• Ensure robust logging, monitoring, alerting, and error handling frameworks
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git-based workflows
• Deliver MUnit test coverage of 80%+
• Provide BAU support including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practice
