Systems Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong understanding of the V Lifecycle.
• We require proven experience in architectural design oversight, integration, and testing.
• We need someone able to implement engineering governance and improve quality standards.
• We are seeking a systems thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
• We want experience across multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• We value exposure to diverse client domains and relevant standards.
• We require the ability to manage and influence multiple challenging stakeholders.
• We need confidence engaging with C-suite, business, and technical audiences.
• We require a strong working knowledge of ISO 15288 and IEC 61508.
• We are looking for experience within high-security or safety-critical environments.
• We require eDV clearance.

Responsibilities:

• We drive systems engineering activities across the full V Lifecycle.
• We provide architectural oversight and ensure robust integration and test strategies.
• We champion engineering best practices and process rigour to improve quality and delivery.
• We apply systems thinking to shape and influence complex customer challenges.
• We support delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• We work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-assurance solutions.
• We contribute to mission-critical programmes that support national security outcomes.
