Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Consultant

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• Eligible for SC clearance, having lived in the UK for the last 3 years
• No more than 30 days spent outside the UK in that time
• Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud
• Experience in implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
• Multiple full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience running workshops (process, design, configuration, test, and validate)
• Strong functional application leadership and guidance skills
• Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge within the Cloud community

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Oracle Cloud Recruitment
• Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices for solution adoption
• Configure the system to meet business requirements and system design
• Demonstrate solutions in design playback sessions
• Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support system design
• Build trusted relationships with clients and manage expectations on delivery
• Drive training and coaching for colleagues and clients
