Solution Architect

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies
• Experience with AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting
• Strong process management & project management skills
• Experience in BCM module
• Experience in TPRM module
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred)
• Experience working with ServiceNow domains (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with ITMS Process Architect, Customer personnel, Business Analyst, IT support team, and other technical teams to ensure controlled and predictive implementation of the ServiceNow platform
• Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with third-party applications
• Provide external client-facing consulting services within a technology-focused practice (e.g., Data/Database, Security, Network, Product, and Technical Architecture)
• Meet personal utilization and revenue goals through strong delivery ability and relevant skillsets
• Communicate in formal presentation settings including proposal orals, client workshops, and regional internal events
• Develop proposal sections, methodology work products, and formal written deliverables covering area(s) of expertise
• Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules
• Support the iterative configuration of the HRSD application and engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
