2nd Line Engineer - London

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT-related role
• MSP experience is advantageous, although not essential
• Experience providing a high level of technical support to a range of clients
• Windows Server 2012–2022 experience
• Windows Desktop 7/11 experience
• Office 365 knowledge
• Networking ability, including DNS, routing, and switching
• VMware experience
• Azure experience
• Active Directory experience

Responsibilities:

• Resolve daily tickets from clients, including software troubleshooting, installs and updates, and hardware faults
• Attend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issues
• Provide a high level of technical support to clients while maintaining excellent customer service
• Work on a mixture of day-to-day support and project work
• Act as the go-to person for questions or queries from other engineers

We are a leading MSP experiencing an exciting period of growth and are expanding our engineering team. We are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer on a full-time, contract basis for an initial 6 months. This is a fully remote role, with occasional client site visits when required.
