1st Line Support Engineer

Salary: £25,775 - 25,776 per year

Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365
• CompTIA, a relevant apprenticeship, or higher education
• Degree or degree-equivalent qualifications are desirable
• People-centric approach and strong customer service focus
• Competent with Windows desktop and application support
• Experience supporting tablets and mobile devices
• Basic network troubleshooting skills, including ping and traceroute
• Understanding of our business, clients, and the market we operate in
• Active Directory and Exchange administrative skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
• Excellent conversational fluency in English to explain complex technical issues clearly

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line technical support to our clients across networks, cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity
• Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues
• Respond to client queries and service requests
• Assist with user rights, passwords, and accounts
• Handle basic security administration
• Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly
• Carry out occasional onsite visits to clients
