1st Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

• Experience in IT support or a background in first-line support
• Background in IT
• Able to commute to Yateley, Camberley

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests through our internal system
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate requests to second-line support when needed
• Provide remote support to customers and resolve issues
• Work Monday to Friday
