An opportunity is available for a UK resident to act as a Nominee Director in support of corporate compliance requirements.

This is a non-management position that does not involve operational decision-making or day-to-day business activities. The expected workload is minimal, consisting mainly of document execution and occasional administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute banking and corporate documents as required.

  • Support compliance processes through occasional administrative actions.

  • Participate remotely in any necessary onboarding procedures.

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 1-2 hours during initial onboarding.

  • Minimal ongoing participation thereafter.

  • Requests may occur only once or twice per year.

Compensation

  • £100 - £125 per month
