The Role

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to help design and deliver the technical side of our client implementations. You'll sit between our clients, Sales, Product, Engineering and external delivery partners, working out what each client needs and turning it into a practical technical solution.

You'll be involved from the first technical conversation with a prospect through to go-live: shaping solutions, planning integrations, coordinating delivery and making sure everything works as agreed. It's a role for someone who enjoys both the people side and the technical side of delivery, and who wants to keep growing their hands-on technical skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Sales with technical qualification, client questions and discovery, and helping decide whether requirements can be met with existing capabilities, standard integrations or new development.

• Working with clients to understand their systems, data, integration needs and constraints, and turning these into clear requirements and deliverables for Product, Engineering and delivery partners.

• Contributing to technical delivery plans covering milestones, responsibilities, resources, risks and dependencies, acting as a key technical contact for clients and leading smaller engagements.

• Supporting the configuration and delivery of integrations with our Engineering teams and external delivery partners, tracking progress and helping resolve blockers.

• Coordinating technical testing, validating solutions against agreed requirements and supporting go-live and early-life support.

• Keeping clear documentation of requirements, data flows, configurations and technical decisions, and helping build reusable delivery patterns.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a client-facing technical, consulting or software implementation role.

• Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.

• Experience supporting software implementations or integrations.

• An understanding of APIs, JSON, data mappings and software integrations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong client and stakeholder management.

• Strong organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail.

• The ability to learn new technical concepts and tools quickly, and to take ownership while asking for support when needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, AI or financial services.

• Experience working with Engineering teams or external development partners.

• Familiarity with authentication, webhooks, CRM integrations or cloud services.

• Experience with scripting, source control or software configuration.

• Experience supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

• An interest in AI, machine learning and financial services.
