Für ein sehr renommiertes Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Berater (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Employee Central
  • Verwaltung von Schnittstellen (CPI, BTP) und Systemintegrationen
  • Umsetzung von Anbindungen zwischen SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen
  • Third-Level-Support und Fehleranalyse
  • Überwachung regulatorischer Anforderungen (DORA, VAIT)

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement und Software-Implementierungen
  • Integrationsarchitektur-Know-how
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch auf C1-Niveau
  • Kommunikations-, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Affinität zu agilen Methoden
