Identify cross-channel synergies, key trends, and actionable data insights to maximize overall media ROI across the region.
  • Cross-Market Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Actively liaise with local European market teams to facilitate the exchange of performance insights, cross-media learnings, and best practices, fostering a connected and high-performing European network. Participate in regional and global team calls and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Quality Assurance & Analytics Governance: Support the implementation and adherence to European performance marketing and measurement guidelines, ensuring data integrity, tracking accuracy, and operational consistency across all regional campaign activities.
  • European Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of European media trends, cross-media measurement innovations, platform updates (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, local European media networks), and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy directives), sharing relevant implications with regional and local teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential, alongside business proficiency in English. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrated expertise across digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and modern cross-media analytics platforms and tracking tools.
  • Analytical & Data Skills: Advanced ability to work with complex numerical datasets, analyze cross-media campaign performance, isolate channel impact, and distill complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple European campaigns and analytics projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal & Communication: Dynamic with excellent communication and client service skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multi-cultural European teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactive approach to identifying performance bottlenecks and an aptitude for leveraging media data to propose innovative cross-channel solutions.
