Mission

Founded in 2024 by Lukas Zörner and Anil Can Baykal, Integral set out to redefine how accounting, taxation and payroll works for SMEs in Europe, starting with Germany. The company is backed by General Catalyst, Cherry Ventures, Puzzle Ventures and entrepreneurs across Europe.

We’re seeking strong individuals to join us anytime. Sometimes, it can be the case that we want exactly you, but you don't feel like you fit into any of the positions that we're currently hiring for.

Your profile

• Experience in fast-paced organizations: You've operated in high-impact roles across strategy, consulting, startups, or similar dynamic environments, proving your adaptability and drive for results.

• Proactive and Initiative: You thrive in ambiguity, taking full ownership of challenges and creatively navigating toward effective solutions.

• Eagerness and Analytical: Changing tasks & requirements excite you. You are able to think logically, break down complex problems and flexibly adapt in your daily work.
